Stick the cloes into the whole orange and attache the orange to string inside the jar. Add alcohol to the jar in such a way that the orange is not in direct contact with teh alcohol. Seal the jar and leave it for at least two weeks.
The alcohol will evaporate and dissolve the etherical oils present
in the orange and condensate back.
After two weeks, add sugur sirup (250gr/liter) and reduce the alcohol strenght to 40%. Ready to serve!
